Hans Frimor has been on the Supervisory Board since 2011, deputy chairman from 2013 to 2015 and chairman of the Supervisory Board since March 2015.

Hans Frimor holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (finance and accounting). Also, he is a PhD in economics. Hans Frimor is a Professor at the Department of Management Studies and Economics at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense. Over the period 1995-2017, Hans Frimor worked for Copenhagen Business School, the University of Southern Denmark, Aarhus University and the University of Florida. In addition, Hans Frimor has for 17 years been an officer of the reserve, both as a company commander and as an operational battalion officer.

Soli Preuthun has been on Jyske Invest's Supervisory Board since 2012 and deputy chairman since 2015.

Soli Preuthun is MSc econ. and holds a master's degree in organisational psychology. Soli Preuthun was during the period 2012-2016 Head of Investment at Bankpension. Previously, she was employed by DIP (The Danish Pension Fund for Engineers) from 1997 to 2012, initially as a portfolio manager, and subsequently as an investment manager. Since October 2016, she has been Head of Investment at Lærerstandens Brandforsikring.

Bo Sandemann Rasmussen has been a member of the Supervisory Board since March 2015.

Bo Sandemann Rasmussen is MSc in Economics and holds an MSc (Economics) from London School of Economics and a PhD in Economics from Aarhus University. Since 2003, he has been Professor at the Department of Economics and Business at Aarhus University. During the period 2005-2015, Bo Sandemann Rasmussen was an independent expert member of the Danish Competition Council, and was in the period 2013-2017 a member of the board of the Danish National Centre for Social Research (SFI). In public, Bo Sandemann Rasmussen is known as an experienced debater of economic issues and is often quoted in the written and the electronic press.

Bjarne Staael was elected to the Supervisory Board in March 2019.

Bjarne Staael holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (finance and accounting). He has been employed in the financial sector for 34 years and has had managerial responsibility for more than 30 years. Bjarne Staael was the managing director of the association’s investment management company, Jyske Invest Fund Management A/S, from 2015 to 2018.

Ulrik Lundsfryd was elected to the Supervisory Board in March 2024.

During 2013-2024, Ulrik Lundsfryd was a member of the board of Investeringsforeningen Handelsinvest - most recently as deputy chairman - as well as a member of the board of Handelsbanken Investeringsforvaltningsselskab A/S during 2016-2023. He has also been the chairman of the Board of Representatives (Bankrådet) of Handelsbanken’s largest branch in Copenhagen for a number of years. Ulrik Lundsfryd holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD), specialising in Marketing Economics, from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and has completed the Board Leadership Program for Financial Services Companies in 2020, also at CBS. Since 2012, he has been the CEO of UL Invest Holding ApS, which has invested in numerous companies that especially operate within Renewable Energy, Cyber Security and Property Development in both Denmark and Germany. During 1990-2011, he worked at the K.W. Bruun group, as from 2000 as the CEO.
