MSCI Limited
A license agreement has been concluded with MSCI Limited (”MSCI”) to the effect that several of the association’s funds may use MSCI’s indices, which also entails that it is possible to establish mixed indices by using MSCI’s indices.
The blended returns are calculated by Jyske Invest Fund Management A/S using end of day index level values licensed from MSCI (”MSCI Data”). For the avoidance of doubt, MSCI is not the benchmark “administrator” for, or a “contributor”, “submitter” or “supervised contributor” to, the blended returns, and MSCI Data is not considered a “contribution” or “submission” in relation to the blended returns, as those terms may be defined in any rules, laws, regulations, legislation or international standards. MSCI Data is provided “AS IS” without warranty or liability and no copying or distribution is permitted. MSCI does not make any representation regarding the advisability of any investment or strategy and does not sponsor, promote, issue, sell or otherwise recommend or endorse any investment or strategy, including any financial products or strategy based on, tracking or otherwise utilizing any MSIC Data, models, analytics or other materials or information.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC
A license agreement has been concluded with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (”J.P. Morgan”) to the effect that several of the association’s funds may use J.P. Morgan’s indices, which also entails that it is possible to establish mixed indices by using J.P. Morgan’s indices.

A license agreement has been concluded with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated (“BofAML”) to the effect that several of the association’s funds may use BofAML’s indices, which also entails that it is possible to establish mixed indices by using BofAML’s indices.
BofAML permits use of the BofAML indices and related data on an “AS IS” basis, makes no warranties regarding same, does not guarantee the suitability, quality, accuracy timeliness, and/or completeness of the BofAML indices or any data includes in, related to or derived therefrom, assumes no liability in connection with use of the foregoing, and does not sponsor, endorse, or recommend Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International, or any of its products or services.
Nordea Bank Abp
An agreement has been entered into with Nordea Bank Abp (”Nordea”) on a licence allowing the use of one or more indices owned by Nordea, including the establishment of mixed indexes using such Nordea-owned indices. Nordea allows the use of its indices and the data linked there “as is”, and Nordea does not make any statement regarding these, does not guarantee the suitability, quality, accuracy, timeliness and/or the completeness of its indexes or of any data whatsoever that is included in, relates to or derives from these, nor does Nordea assume any responsibility in connection with the use of the above. Nor does Nordea support, approve or recommend Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International or any of its products.
