Jyske Invest distributors may sell and market Jyske Invest in those countries where Jyske Invest is licensed to promote its funds.

To become a distributor, your company must be approved by Jyske Bank which is Jyske Invest's custodian bank and market maker.

This is what you do

To approve your company as a distributor, we need the following:

Financial companies (anchor, brokers, investment managers etc.)

• Legal name of the company, address and contact person - preferably supported by a Certificate of Incorporation)
• Business Registration Number (if it is a Danish company)
• Certificate of Incumbency and/or Power of Attorney

Other

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Certificate of Incumbency and/or Power of Attorney
• Identification of the company's beneficial owners (group overview/diagram and photo ID of physical persons with direct or indirect ownership of the company > 25%).

It normally takes up to two working days from our receipt of all documents until your company has been approved. 

We may need further information. If so, we will contact you as soon as possible after receipt of the documents.
