Liquidation of the association’s funds
The members in the extraordinary general meeting of Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International on 23 June 2025 have adopted the motion to wind up the following funds
- Jyske Invest Emerging Market Bonds (EUR) CL
- Jyske Invest High Yield Corporate Bonds CL
- Jyske Invest Global Equities CL
- Jyske Invest Equities Low Volatility CL
- Jyske Invest Stable Strategy CL
- Jyske Invest Balanced Strategy CL
- Jyske Invest Balanced Strategy (GBP) CL
- Jyske Invest Dynamic Strategy CL
- Jyske Invest Growth Strategy CL
and the association by liquidation.
The reasons behind the motion are that the shared fixed costs for investors have generally become too high as the assets of the individual funds have declined significantly to the effect that active management - due to the small asset sizes - has become difficult to maintain without a substantial increase in costs for investors. Also, the funds are not experiencing any interest from new investors or distributors, and consequently the above-mentioned conditions are not expected to change.
What does this mean for investors in the funds?
For investors with certificates of the discontinuing funds this means that their certificates will be redeemed and the proceeds from the sale will be deposited into the investors' accounts. Redemption will take place at the price of the certificates at the statement date.
The liquidation was submitted for adoption at an extraordinary general meeting on 23 June 2025. The period of notice is expected to run up to and including 24 September 2025.
Investors are no longer able to sell their investment certificates but will be redeemed collectively after expiry of the period of notice.
Important dates
We expect to follow the schedule below.
- On 23 June 2025: Issue and redemption in the funds will be discontinued
- On 24 September 2025: Statement date - the value of the certificates at the end of the day will determine the value to be paid out
- On 30 September 2025: The liquidation will be registered in VP Securities' systems
