Winding up of a fund

The general meeting of Jyske Invest International decided to wind up the fund Jyske Invest Indian Equities CL by liquidation.

The demand for certificates has been and is still expected to be declining for the fund. It is the assessment of the Supervisory Board that the winding up of the fund and the fact that it will take place by liquidation are in the interest of investors. Consequently, it was proposed to liquidate the fund by the end of 2022.

What does this mean for investors in the fund?

For investors with certificates of the discontinuing fund this means that their certificates will be redeemed and the proceeds from the sale will be deposited into the investors' accounts. Redemption will take place at the price of the certificates at the statement date.

The liquidation was submitted for adoption and adopted at an extraordinary general meeting on 16 September 2022.

Important dates

We expect to follow the schedule below 

• 16 September 2022: Issue and redemption in the fund will be discontinued.
  
• 19 December 2022: Settlement date - the value of the certificates at the end of the trading day will determine the value to be paid out.
  
• 22 December 2022: The liquidation will be registered in VP Securities' systems.
