Liquidation of four funds
The demand for certificates of Jyske Invest Turkish Equities CL, Jyske Invest Russian Equities CL, Jyske Invest Japanese Equities CL and Jyske Invest Latin American Equities CL has been on the decline for a long time, and therefore we propose to close the four funds in the course of March 2016.
Costs have become too high
The low demand for certificates of the above-mentioned funds has resulted in too high costs for administration of the funds. We therefore find that it will be in the interest of the members to close the four funds.
How will this affect the members of the four funds?
This means to the members with certificates of the four discontinuing funds that their certificates will be redeemed and the proceeds from the sale will be deposited into the members' accounts. Redemption will take place at the price of the certificates at the redemption date.
The changes were adopted at an extraordinary general meeting on 14 December 2015. The period of notice will then run until 15 March 2016.
Important dates
- 10 March 2016: Trade in certificates will be suspended until liquidation takes place.
- 15 March 2016: Day of settlement - the value of the certificates at the end of the day will determine the value to be paid out.
- 17 March 2016: The liquidation will be registered in VP Securities A/S' systems.
- 18 March 2016: The certificates will no longer appear in the investors' custody account, and the money will be credited to the investors' accounts.
Trade in certificates in the discontinuing funds will be suspended as of Thursday, 10 March 2016.
Final statement
The calculation of the final value of the funds has now been made, and the liquidations have been run by VP Securities A/S.
