Jyske Invest International has decided to revoke the marketing authorisation in Spain, Netherland, Austria, and Luxembourg

The investment association Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International has decided to revoke the marketing authorisation in Spain, Netherland, Austria, and Luxembourg. Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International will discontinue offering or in other ways distributing investment certificates in the association’s funds in the beforementioned countries as of 28th of August 2023.
In consequence of this, Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International offers, through its depositary, Jyske Bank A/S, to buy back investment certificates held by investors in Spain, Netherland, Austria, and Luxembourg at the current price at the time of the buyback without charging any fees or deductions (exit charges).
The offer is valid until 23rd of October 2023
If the buyback offer is not accepted, or if it is accepted after the stipulated time of acceptance, Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International shall not be under an obligation to:
- facilitate subscription, redemption, and buyback orders, or other payments at your request through Jyske Invest International’s place of payment in the above-referenced countries, however, the certificates can still be bought back by the association through Jyske Bank A/S or be redeemed through the investor’s usual financial institution in the countries in question or
- pay exit charges for investors in the countries in question at redemption or buyback of investment certificates in Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International.
Investors who hold investment certificates in Spain, Netherland, Austria, and Luxembourg and who wish to accept the offer are requested to send an email to [email protected] stating the funds in question and the number of certificates they wish the association to buy back.
