Guarantee in connection with the simplified resolution

In connection with the simplified resolution of Jyske Invest Indian Equities CL, Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International has been met with a demand to provide an unlimited guarantee for the fund. At the present point in time, Investeringsforeningen cannot obtain information about the price of the unlimited guarantee due to large uncertainties as to how the guarantor can and must price the guarantee. Therefore, a cost demand has been raised against the fund which is currently unclarified.
