Information about extraordinary general meeting

An extraordinary general meeting of Investeringsforeningen Jyske Invest International will be held on 16 September 2022. On the agenda is a motion that the simplified winding-up of the Jyske Invest Indian Equities CL fund should not be carried out – and that the fund should instead be wound up by way of liquidation. If the motion is adopted, the uncertainty about the price of the unlimited guarantee will be eliminated as the guarantee will lapse.
